Among the many writings of St. Alphonsus Liguori, his collection of meditations and teachings on the Seven Sorrows (or Dolors) of Our Lady are among the most insightful and most moving. As in all of his writings, these meditations incorporate a synopsis of the teachings of the great Saints on the topic of Our Lady’s sorrows.
