It can be challenging to get gifts for people who either have enough of everything or say they don't need anything.  For those people, keep in mind that they can never receive enough spiritual gifts.  So, make a spiritual bouquet for them:  have a Mass said for them, a number of Rosaries prayed for them.  Or, if you want something physical AND spiritual, send them a Retreat Box!
